TK Movers did a spectacular job with my move. I had very specific scheduling requirements, moving out of one large apartment building (with a 2 hour limit on freight elevator time) into another (same limit), with another added restriction on key pickup time at noon... And they worked with that perfectly. They gave me an exact schedule they thought would work best, including recommended elevator reservation times. They answered all of my many (nervous) questions during the months before the move in a timely, professional, and most importantly helpful manner. The day of the move, we (of course...) had many issues with the apartment buildings that they took on with stride and were able to quickly calm my nerves and come up with fixes on the fly. They have a great system for moving items in large (very large) protective boxes on dollys, that they brought right up to my apartment door for loading. This sped up the process spectacularly and served to keep smaller, yet 'non-boxable', items safe and contained. They wrapped or blanketed any of the larger items as needed, all included in the move. I felt like my belongings were in good hands throughout the day and was able to breath at least a bit during the process thanks to them. Overall 10/10. I would definitely use these movers again, as well as recommend them to my friends and family.
Garbage pick up. Let me know when they were coming, they arrived on time and were very polite. Did job in a timely manor and were very respectful even swept the area were the garbage was. Would defiantly recommend and use again .
I had them pick up 3 mattresses and a large garbage bag of misc. things. They were on time as scheduled, very polite, and told me the cost up front.
Our experience with Jordan was great. TLDR version: Price- 5 stars Service - 4.5 stars Would I recommend? Absolutely. Extended version... In total we utilized Jordan and his team for about 7.5 hours on a weekday. The three (Jordan, Bo, and Josh) worked constantly, all day to get our entire home moved. We had the majority of our stuff already packed before he arrived but utilized their services for some packing of breakables and stuff we didn't get to beforehand. They provided wardrobe boxes, large UHaul boxes, and packing paper for the remainder of the stuff we didn't get to beforehand. This was free of charge and very helpful. We used 2 trucks and a trailer to move everything (one 26', one smaller), which we didn't completely fill but came pretty close. The charge adder for the extra truck was extremely well priced - much less than I could rent on my own. At the new house they did a great job of moving boxes into rooms or areas that we requested. This takes more time and effort, of course, but Jordan, Bo, and Josh were great at asking for direction and making an effort to get things where we wanted them. The only minor things I could mention (and they are very minor in my opinion) are: 1) Jordan had to stop to pickup the packing materials in the morning, so his crew arrived before him and got right to work. That's not a bad thing, but the rug runners and door protectors were with Jordan so the carpet was unprotected for an hour or so (luckily it was a dry day). At the new house everything was fully protected. 2) We had a mix of staged furniture and our furniture in the house so keeping things straight got a little dicey. Through the commotion and activity we ended up leaving a large chair behind that should've come along. Any number of things could've prevented that mishap, like us doing a more thorough sweep of the house before the trucks left or the crew requiring better separation/marking of stuff that stays or goes. Like I said, in total we were very pleased with the experience and would definitely recommend and use Jordan's company again.
The two people who moved my piano were very friendly, quick, straightforward, and confident. Nothing was damaged in the move and it was a great price for adding extra steps that i didn't remember about in the pickup location. Would recommend to others!

Zeke and Ray were awesome! They handled a somewhat complicated, multi-location move/junk haul for me, and did it ON A HOLIDAY without spiking their rates! Zeke was the first to respond with a quote and super quick to reply back and forth as we worked out details around coordinating several schedules. He was patient, early to the pickup, and went above and beyond, helping to fit a new fridge into my tiny house. Ray even pointed out that some areas of the doors would be hard to reach once installed and wiped them down for me. :) I will absolutely hire these guys again!
Adam removed all the carpeting in my Roseville home, installed wood floors in all but bathroom (travertine) and laundry (linoleum). They moved heavy furniture for me and made sure that I could get to everything I needed (bed, bathroom), as I had to be there at night, The floors are beautiful. It took about a week. There were a couple finishing pieces that both of us had to delay the completion (done today). Most of the work was done June of 2014, took 4 days, and was well done. Everyone who's been to my home loves the floors. Adam worked hard to find products that fit my budget.
Would definitely hire Martin again! Prompt, professional and courtesy to everyone in the household! And he quickly replaced our garbage disposal — and it is working great!

Monte was constantly in touch with updates about his busy schedule which helped with planning service dates based on both of our availability. He picked up and returned my lawnmower which was extremely convenient, and completed the tune-up in three days. The mower works great (aside from a problem adjusting the self-propelling function but which I don't use anyway) and it doesn't belch black smoke anymore. This is a mower I bought from Sears in 1991, I believe, so its a bit of an antique but Monte managed to clean it up a bit. The cost was as stated both for the work and the pickup/drop off fee. Also, he followed up a couple of days later to see how the machine was working. (Photos are taken before the work to help him see what he was getting into.)
I hired Elnora to clean and declutter a shared apartment. It was a very, very dirty job, as the owner hadn't done any substantial cleaning in months. After walking through the place with them to give them an idea of what needed to be done and telling them what my priorities were, I told them had to leave and would return in a few hours. I felt completely comfortable leaving them in my home. When I returned only 3 hours later I was almost in tears when I walked in the door. The progress they had made in such a short amount of time was extremely impressive. They had collected all the garbage (filling numerous garbage bags), washed the dishes (with the dishwasher and by hand), cleared surfaces, thoroughly cleaned the bathroom, and intuitively organized miscellaneous items to clear space. I was so pleased with their efficiency that I asked them to start us on an every-other week schedule. As an added bonus they are delightful and kind people who I enjoyed socializing with and look forward to seeing again!
Michael Harker mounted our kitchen sink and installed a new garbage disposal. It probably would have taken me 5-6 hours to do the project, therefore I decided to hire a professional. Michael communicated well. He was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He did a great job! We will hire him again for our next project.
Chris replied to my post within an hour of posting it, and he was able to come out the next day and replace my faucet, garbage disposal, and repaired my refridgerator. He did a great job and I would definitely hire him again. He hourly rate was also very reasonable too. Thanks Chris!
The guys at Junk Genius who I hired to remove some furniture from my house and a couple bags of garbage from my garage were very professional from my initial phone call through job completion. Great customer service! I was also charged exactly what I was quoted which hasn't happened before with other companies. I will definitely use Junk Genius again in the future.

We recently had our Suburban detailed by Travis at One Choice Detailing and couldn't have been happier with the results. Travis was extremely professional and was more than willing to work with our schedule as well as offer to pickup and drop off our vehicle. We have small children and there was juice and milk and stains everywhere, Travis got all of them!!! It looks better than the day we took it home from the dealership. And the engine detailing? UNBELIEVABLE. We'll definitely be working with Travis again in the near future.
