I'm very pleased with Don's work and would definitely recommend him. He did a terrific job repainting my deck and replacing some rotted boards. Don's prices are extremely reasonable, he's a careful craftsman (no paint drips or splotches onto surrounding surfaces), and he's very quick while maintaining quality of work. We signed the contract and the work was done within days. And I appreciated that Don replaced some additional boards at added time and expense to himself without increasing our agreed-upon price. I hired Nick (Top Notch Roofing) and his team to reroof my house in September 2016. Overall I was satisfied with the job that was done. Nick is patient, creative, and committed to customer satisfaction. My project included working with a second company to insulate the roof at the same time that Nick's team was re-roofing my house. When the insulation company increased the scope of their work at the last minute, Nick was flexible to accommodate those changes. He also stepped up with a plan that would keep the project on time. There was minor damage to the inside of the house from the roofing work but Nick was accommodating in making those repairs. I received estimates from five roofing contractors and I found Top Notch Roofing to be price competitive. I recommend Top Notch Roofing. Nick takes pride in what he does. You will be well cared for.

Gerry was very professional. He was always punctual and promptly responded to all my questions. He finished our project, staining and repairing our deck on schedule. He cleaned up after the project was done and provided a detailed breakdown of the project costs in his invoice. I was happy with the quality of his work.

WOW! Ryan Schwartz came out and pressure washed our home. It was DIRTY. Ryan worked HARD for about 6 hours and did the house (two stories), the garage, the wrap around porch and blew all of the leaves into the alley. He is worth every penny. He was soaked and did not stop all afternoon. He was really nice and respectful. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs power washing service! If I could rate him higher than a 5, I would do it!
