What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our system is not all that complicated. For one time cleanings or cleanings done more than 4 weeks apart, we charge an hourly rate. For recurring service cleanings, we charge a flat rate sales taxes included. If you request things we didn't discuss to clean in the in home estimate, we charge more(inside refrigerator, inside oven, etc.)
What types of customers have you worked with?
Vacuuming, dusting, mopping floors, cleaning bathroom fixtures, kitchens and appliances. We can customize the cleaning to your needs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure whoever you hires has liability insurance as well as worker's comp insurance so if anything goes wrong, the responsibility is on the house cleaning company or person.
