Mr. Hendersen's home was going up for sale March 1st in Pillager, Mn. I met with him and we were to replace the flooring in the living room, kitchen and both front and back entrances. We we able to arrange our schedule to meet his needs and replace the flooring. Mr. Hendersen was very happy with our work and the products we provided. I am sorry if cashing your checks at a later date was not convenient for you. That is certainly not our position at all to create any inconvenience's for our customers. We are a family owned business of 27 years. We are financially secure and we just don't take every check directly to the bank each week. In some cases, customers need to move funds in order to cover larger amounts. With Mr. Hendersen serving in our military we also provided a 10% discount (over $1,000.00) to him on this project. I know that he was happy with our work, we apologize if we inconvenienced him with not cashing his check faster. We never had a issue with this before and we will take notice. Our home siding project turned out extremely well. We are quite pleased with all the attention to detail that was made during the installation of our new siding, fascia, and soffits. New gutters were also installed which were of first class quality. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes, we do have a standard pricing procedure. But there can be factors that will effect our standard pricing. Materials?, Location?, Difficulty?, and schedule.

Relationships all start with good communication and being honest with one another. We like to sit down with our customers and disgust their needs and see how BARC can provide the best solutions for their needs. We always communicate that we sometimes will not be the cheapest price. We have very qualified skilled workers who are paid for their skill. Our warranty with our craftsmanship and work services is your assurance that we will meet or exceed your expectations.
