Richard was AMAZING. I dropped my iphone Monday night around 9:30pm. This was the first time I had ever cracked my screen, plus my phone is also a work phone, so I knew I needed it for work the next day. The phone screen was severely cracked all over the place, it wasn't really usable unless you wanted to risk cutting up your fingers. I reached out to Cool Tech Repair around 9:45pm, and had an appointment secured within the hour. Richard came over to my home at 7:30am the very next day, and had my phone ready to go for work before 8am! This is amazing as all the other options I looked at (Best Buy, Apple) are more expensive, more time consuming, and less convenient. It's very rare to find an option that saves you on money, time, and convenience. I'm so grateful!
