- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its nearly impossible to accurately flat bid an aquarium cleanup project because each system and level of care needed is unique. Our fee structure in loosely based on an hourly rate, if we bid $100 for a typical cleanup and the tank is a disaster and needs 3-6 hours of work + parts we will inform the customer of the problems and solutions up front (free consultation). We try to ensure every transaction is a win-win thats how weve stayed in business for over 25 yrs!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Restore aquariums to a like new condition and restore water quality. We clean all interior surfaces, clean all decorations and plants, start a log of services performed on each service call left at clients location. Water testing no extra charge. For over 25 yrs we have the local experts in saltwater and reef aquariums in design, build, and maintaining! We are a small family based business and pride ourselves in exceptional service. We carry purfied water on all our trucks for restoring your water quality to its highest capability. We never take shortcuts and often times a service call takes between 1-2 depending on severity and individual needs.
