They did a great job! Can handle anything you throw at them. While they were doing another job for me, my water heater happened to go out. I was so glad they were there! They were quickly able to identify the problem and gave me the part that needed to be replaced. While they were working on my other project, I ran to the hardware store and purchased the new part and they were able to fix my water heater, even though that's not what they were there for! They do not cut corners and their work is stellar. They are also very creative with coming up with ideas to make your home improvements and repairs cost effective and optimally functional. Very straight forward and good communication which is very important for home repairs and improvements.Quality work! I don't normally write reviews, but I would highly recommend them!

Had Dan come out to help me quickly prepare my home to get it ready to put on the market to sell. He had two brothers that also came out to the property and assisted with the work so it could be done in an expedited fashion. We discussed the jobs over the phone ahead of time and then he inspected the jobs when he got to the site, determined how long it would take, and the hourly rate. The work was done very well and Dan was good about communicating so the job was done to my satisfaction. He didn't go ahead and take the liberty of overdoing any one job as he knew I was on a budget and needed the work done fast to place the home on the market ASAP. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that I wasn't aware the the bothers would be assisting with the work beforehand and that the hourly rate was per person working on the site. It was still a reasonable price though. I appreciate the work they did and know it will greatly improve the appearance of the home to potential buyers.

My husband and I hired Dan to remodel our bathroom and we are very pleased. It was a 50's style bathroom, with the retro colored tiles and outdated pieces, and he was able to update it for a very reasonable price. The end result did go over our original estimate a bit, but he communicated the unforeseen issues and it wasn't unexpected. He kept us informed throughout the whole process and was open to our ideas and expectations. He did very nice work and took a lot of pride in making sure everything was to our liking, and was functional, affordable, and practical. It never felt like he suggested stuff we didn't need. We had never done a remodel before so we didn't know what to expect, but were very happy with the experience and would happily recommend him!

I had my basement finished in 2016. Daniels brother Trace led the process from concept/design, to budgeting, to completion. I cannot say enough good things about the project. Very customer focused to find a balance between your objective and realistic budget. High level of communication through the process on schedule, issues, etc. This was critical with allowing different groups to have access to our house. Extremely respectful of our needs and our home. Clean every night. Review of progress on a regular basis. Answered every question we had. The result exceeded our expectations without exceeding our budget. I would highly recommend Trace, Dan, and team. Wonderful guys and a wonderful company.
