Briana and Ryan are professionals. Not only that, they are also friends. From the moment my wife and I met them they were courteous, prompt, and always followed through. In the past, we have used many petsitters. This required a lot of trust and many times we were extremely disappointed. Now we have found the most amazing petsitter who feel like family and treat our pets with so much love and care and also are so professional. Every detail is covered before we leave and every detail is followed while we are gone. They communicate while we are gone so that we feel comfortable. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?While we do have some standard prices for a few of our services, we normally create a custom quote for our clients, because we provide care for so many varieties of animals with basic to advanced needs, in so many different kinds of homes and locations. Please contact us for a quote on services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Learning about your pets and their needs helps us to create an accurate and affordable quote and to document the care they need. First, we have an intake call, allowing us to gather crucial info about your home, pets, and service needs. We send your quote and other info via email afterwards, based on our call. Then, we schedule a free, 30 minute home visit, during which time we meet you and your pets, get a tour from you around the home and property, go over important paperwork, get keys/entry codes to your home, and take care of payment for your first services (new clients pay for the first dates of service up front). We verify your emergency contacts, establish what your communication preferences are during your time away (text or email), verify your emergency vet information and emergency treatment protocols, and ensure that we understand your pet's feeding and any medical treatment completely. We might use our mobile phones to take pictures of feed/water bowl placement (in a house with multiple pets), and other aspects of your animals' living and/or medical areas, so we can make sure to keep everything consistent for them (pictures help us to recall important details). Learning as much as possible about your pets is crucial, especially with senior or special needs pets. We want to provide the best care possible for your beloved critters.
