These girls go above and beyond when cleaning my house every week. They make sure to get everything done that I need done. They’re always really friendly. They are very dependable each week. The first cleaner showed up a half hour late, which is forgivable given that roads aren't totally great in the winter here. But the second cleaner showed up 2 hours late. I have a 14 month old with a nap schedule and bedtime/dinner time so this delay was really hard for us. Since it's hourly I really felt the cleaners milked the time out to get more money. The first one was there 12:30pm-6:30pm and the second one 2:30pm-6:30pm. Our house was not in bad shape to merit it taking that long as we just had a cleaner a week ago that missed several spots and we just needed the cleaning to be better. We have a big house, 3600 sq ft, and it ended up costing $516 for the clean. We just moved to MN from Florida where our 2500 sq ft house cost $145 to clean so I was NOT ready for that big of a price difference. We thought maybe double the price at most. There's absolutely no way we can do $516 per clean and no way I'd hire a company where the worker(s) show up 2 hours + late for a job. They said it was traffic but 2 hours is not traffic, it is poor planning. They did a good job cleaning. Should have been perfect given the amount of time but still missed some spots (there shouldn't be spots still on mirrors after a cleaning!) but they did vacuum the corners of the rooms that the other cleaner the week before missed. I won't be hiring again as I'm looking for a cleaner that is more reasonably priced and dependable/shows up on time.
