I'm 48 years young and in the best shape of my life making my biggest transformation just in the last 7 years when I was past 40 years old. I've had a passion for fitness for over 30 years and have been a professional in the industry for 7 years. I'm a certified personal trainer and also one of just a few IFBB Men's Physique Pro competitors in Minnesota. I have experience working with everyone from beginners looking to achieve better health and fitness that have never lifted weights before, all the way to top-level physique competitors. My goal with any of my clients is to help them not only achieve their fitness goals not only through exercise but through nutritional guidance as well as the two go hand in hand when working towards a fitness goal. I will help you do this in a way that is sustainable and maintainable.
REMOTE TRAINING: I can also work with you fully online by creating a workout and meal plan for you to follow, which includes weekly check-ins on progress and a lot more (see my "Online Coaching" page on my website for more information on this service), or we can train in-person on occasion along with using my online coaching service to make working with me a little more affordable.

REMOTE TRAINING SPECIAL:
My regular price to start remote training is $199 for the first month but I'm offerings Thumbtack members a 50% discount so it's only $99 to get started. No long term contract, just month to month at a rate of $99 each additional month for continued training and coaching. I will continue to change up workouts and meal plans as needed to keep you on track towards your goals each month.
PERSONAL TRAINING RATES & SPECIALS:
My regular price for a single session is $85, but I do a year round discount depending on the number of times a week you train with me. For example my rate will be $80 if you are 2x a week, $75 for 3x a week, and 70 for 4-5x a week. Payment a week in advance in order to receive those discounts.
I also do discounts for bulk packages of 10 ($75 each) or 20 ($70 each) sessions purchased at one time with no expiration date.
