We hired Ultimate to move a piano out of a sunken living room so that the carpeting could be replaced. And then a couple of days later come and move the piano back after the carpet install.
They came both times and made the moves quickly and professionally.

Hired this company to move a piano. Unfortunately, my piano bench was severely scratched during the move. It looks like the two who moved it, attempted to use a scratch marker to fix it. I contacted Carlo, sent him pictures. He said he would contact me the next day to schedule time to come look at it and see if it could be repaired. He did not call. Paid $230 for the move. There were no scratches at all prior to the move.

The price was right, they got the piano moved with no observed damage, they offered some advice and extra time to clean up the piano once outside and they were there on time. I would have felt better about the move if they weren't just dressed in older street clothes (maybe more like the pictures on Thumbtack), hadn't used a rusty panel van to carry the piano and slid it into and out of the van laying on its back. If it hadn't been a free, older piano already showing its age, I might have asked them not to do the job once they showed up.
