I have been working out with Bennett for a few years now, and it has been an awesome experience! Bennett is motivating, but not the typical "scream in your face" kind of way like most trainers seem to be. I've learned so much about healthy eating, flexibility, injury care, and of course, I've had great results from our workouts! I highly recommend him!

My experience with Cassie has been wonderful. She provides a holistic, personalized solution based on YOUR goals. I've worked with other trainers in the past that only provide a weights routine. But you need more than that to really see and feel results. Cassie provides education on nutrition, meal planning, foods, and workouts, (weights and cardio). She's also very personable and motivating. If you listen and follow her plan, you will see results (and others will also notice ;-) ) I would recommend Cassie to anyone, regardless of fitness level. She has a plan to help you, but you have to put in the work!
I had met with a lot of trainers, but knew I'd like working with Marcus. He is knowledgeable in personal training as well as nutrition, which is a great combination. He took the time to understand my goals and walked me through how we would get there. His workouts are tough, but I leave feeling energized and looking forward to the next!

Stacy did a great job creating a workout plan for me that was based on what my fitness goals were. She gave me clear easy to follow workouts that progressed as my strength and skill level increased, and she also had helpful tips on recipes for healthy eating. Stacy was great at instructing me and also at keeping me motivated to stay on track with my goals!
Training at Super Fit Fitness with Ron Nies changed my life. When I started in June 2011, I weighed a little over 194 pounds. At 510 and 28 years old I was rather embarrassed about my beer belly and lack of muscles. In the past I tried working out on my own, but would overheat and gas out within 30 minutes of any physical activity. Ron created a custom program that focused on cardio, strength and conditioning, and nutrition. Within 6 months I weighed 178 pounds, put on noticeable muscle mass, and was able to make it through a 60 minute workout with gas left in the tank. To top it all off Im now training in mixed martial arts! Ron has a natural ability to connect with his clients and provide superior one on one training. I love the look of my new body! All my co-workers and friends have asked me what my secret is. I tell them its Super Fit Fitness.
Joel is a great trainer. I've been training with him for just over a year. To date I've lost significant body weight and experienced great gains in muscle tone and strength through weight training and conditioning. I'd also like to point out that Joel always keeps his clients safety and well being in mind during training sessions. I am comfortable recommending Joel to anyone looking for a highly qualified personal trainer.
Lauren has been my personal trainer for the past year. During this time, I've lost 30 lbs, gone from a size 10 to a size 4, and increased my muscle tone to a point that I never thought was possible. I've had personal trainers in the past and I've tried various weight loss regimens on my own, but I've never experienced the results that I've seen since I started working with Lauren. What sets her apart from other trainers that I've worked with is the unique combination of strength and cardio that she incorporates into the workout. Her exercises are fun, constantly changing so you never get bored, and they burn fat and build muscle all at the same time. It's the only thing that has ever worked for me - she is the best trainer out there and I would definitely recommend her to anyone!!
Grant is a great trainer! This is my first time with a trainer and I was a bit afraid of the whole process. It helped that we started by co-planning the process in advance - with 2 week, 1 month and 1 year goals - not necessarily weight-related, but for the achievement of your best body in mind. He triages what your body really needs and takes your thoughts into account when making the plan. Grant pushes you past what you think you can do, always with these goals in mind. I can already tell that my posture is better after just 3 workouts and look forward to being more healthy and having much better stamina for the fun things in life!
