Introduction: The way my work sticks out from others in that I place a great deal of focus on all elements of an event. I care very deeply about how my food is prepared, handled and presented to provide the best quality in terms of freshness and flavor. I love the challenge and the pace of the work. Additionally, I love the reaction my clients have when they have experienced a care free event that they can be proud of having hosted.
