Randy at Dwelling Services is just THE BEST! i recommend him to all my friends and family. He shows up on time, completes his work, and charges fair prices. I have a disability so I cant do simple things. With Randy, no job is too small or two big. Its nice to have the feeling of security knowing that if something goes wrong, Randy can fix it. I give him two thumbs up!

Randy installed a replacement garbage disposal for me. He was on time, friendly, efficient in his work, didn't leave a mess, knowledgeable about doing the installation, reasonably priced, and most importantly of all, the disposal works great. He does other indoor handyman repairs too, so I won't hesitate to hire him again.

I was happy to have Randy come out and do some projects at our house. He did a great job fixing our toilets. One had a leak which he took care of quickly and I also had him put new flappers in both. He also fixed the cold water pipe under the kitchen sink which had become corroded and he diagnosed the problem in no time at all. Randy has a very pleasant and upbeat personality and his rates are very reasonable that will have me hiring him as needs arise. He gave me some estimates on other projects. Thank you for such a great experience!

Many of our repairs are related to kitchen faucets, drains, and disposals as well as bathroom plumbing issues. We also do many interior wall patching and room painting. Light fixture replacements are also on our popularity list.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you find a handyman who cares about your property as much as you do, has been in the business for a number of years, has good referrals, and who cleans up after the job is complete. The only way you should know if he has been there is that the job is complete.
