- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'll always be fair. Every job is different so the price of any service I do is different depending on job location, size, and access. Usually the more you do will lower the overall sq. ft. price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After contacting them I would set up a time we could meet. Also give them all of my info so they can contact me with any questions that might come up. While meeting with them, if they didn't already know what they want I would discuss the different options of the product. I would get the info I needed from them and take any measurements I would need in order to write up an estimate for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a ACI certified finisher and technician for over 10 years. I've also had multiple training courses on concrete overlay and epoxy flooring. I also had on site training on Deck installing, installing fencing, and landscape curbing.
