Alex's professionalism was outstanding. From our first meeting to the final salutation, the entire experience was excellent. Alex was very accommodating. He offered to pick up the PC from my location. He was on time and I appreciated this because is a sign that he respects his clients time. The turnaround time for the repairs was quick and communication was transparent. Throughout the process, he kept me updated and explained each step he was taking via email and text. Alex repaired both my desktop and laptop. I am satisfied with his service and his pricing is entirely fair. I highly recommend AE Computer Services.

My laptop crashed 1 day before a deadline of a planning meeting for my organizations safety conference. Alex came in the 11th hour and took the proper time to resolve, what my IT director said was impossible. He was so aware and responsive, that he even sent suggestions of what could improve our network and office connectivity! That news will help ensure an increase in productivity!!! Alex responded to my request quickly, was prompt and curteous. He brought our computer back to factory settings after seeing we had a corrupt operating system presumably from a virus. He also installed a different virus protection app. Would recommend for your computer service needs.

* Diagnostic Fees: FREE (over the phone and using Remote support) Hourly charges are mainly between $55/Hr - $65 /Hr. I have flat rate for most of my repairs so please call me for more details.
