FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Window cleaning pricing is based on a "per-pane" rate. To accurately quote your property, we evaluate the quantity of panes and work to be accomplished. Size or height of pane does not affect pricing. Several factors may increase or decrease the price of your cleaning. For example, windows that have TDL's (true divided lights - your windows are cut into smaller squares) or oversized windows that require multiple ladder moves may affect your estimate. One tip we like to tell our customers is that it is always worth getting an estimate for all of your windows to be cleaned as opposed to "a-la carte" windows because whole home window pricing always costs less on a per-pane basis than "a-la carte" window cleaning. We also offer screen washing and detailing of your window's tracks and sills. Basic wipe down of your sills and screens are always included in your quoted price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out to us, we will gather information about you and your home and provide you a free estimate. We will go over how all of our technicians are background-checked and trained in professionalism, how we are covered with 2MM in liability insurance, and our Streak-Free guarantee so you can be confident your home's windows will look new and clear again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
First and foremost, we provide extensive safety training to all team members. We are active members of the International Window Cleaning Association and the International Window Film Association. All technicians are fully trained and insured for all jobs performed.
