They do not show up every week, nor on time and Andrew makes empty promises.

Never shows up when scheduled. Unapologetic about late or skipped work. Very entitled personality with no good work to back up the attitude. Needs more experience in the real world of small business before jumping in to the world of professional lawn care service. I don't think he understands that every other company easily completes duties on time and in full.

Not sure I would hire a lawn service that drives a truck with whisky plates.
