TREE REMOVAL:
Minnesota licensed tree removal with over eight years of experience in tree removal whether it be felling a tree, storm clean up or personally ascending the tree/operating a bucket lift/proper rigging techniques to ensure the tree is brought down the right way every time. Upon assessing the tree a well thought plan is formulated on how the tree will come down, what equipment will be necessary to ensure everyone’s safety. With our tree removal service it will only ever be owner operator Taylor Byrne cutting the tree, with a trusted group of groundsmen where needed. Take a look at all our satisfied clientele!
LANDSCAPING:
Experienced and equipped for services such as, weekly-biweekly mowing service, weeding, lawn repair/creation via seed or sod, mulching, tree and shrub planting, shrub+bush removal, dirt/rock+ boulder/mulch delivery and installation, stump removal, de- thatching, aerations, over seeding, clean ups, trimming, haul aways, ect!
SNOW REMOVAL:
Our average price for residential houses is $105 dollars per service for driveway, public sidewalks, and entry way. We offer a trigger of either 1” + or 2”+ with guarantee removal within 18 hours of snowfall ending (most properties will be much sooner than that)
We utilize a combination of a commercial grade snow blower and a variety of shovels and typically achieve a higher quality job than a plow would. This could be considered a premium service with high quality work done every time at a competitive rate. Free estimates available. Salting and ice scraping available for additional costs.
MOVING:
Most moves will be done with 1-2 guys, more available if needed for larger moves.
We come equipped with the tools and knowledge to complete your move with ease, we utilize blankets, plastic wrap, ratchet straps, moving straps, furniture dollies and appliance dollies, with a box of tools at all times for furniture assembly/ disassembly if required.
With use of small enclosed trailers towed behind our pick up truck to full size 26 foot box trucks we will handle your move with care and efficiency and best of all offer great prices with the experience to have your move done smoothly.
If packing is requested we can come with boxes, tape, packing paper, plastic paper, bubble wrap, mattress bags and anything else necessary for your move.

As someone who has directly partnered with IKEA, assembled hundreds of pieces from various vendor such as IKEA, Wayfair, Amazon and more we will get the job done right. Experience is everything with furniture assembly and with Magnolia Services you get top notch service, we come with all the tools and know how to get your assembly completed.
