- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Rather than us tell you, how about hearing from the customer? "These people did everything right and in several ways went out of their way to make sure that GREAT service was provided. I had a list of several companies and had called others in order to get quotes. I contacted Peterson and spoke to Michelle and told her that I needed to replace a cracked resin tank. This tank had an old form factor which aren't always available, however, she said that she would check to see if they had any in the warehouse. She was very knowledgeable and not only answered all my questions but also discussed potential options with me and offered to send me solutions via email along with quotes. There was no sales pitch or pressure to sell me a new softener, her only interest was in helping in any way she could. She said she would try to get back to me shortly which when working with many other companies means I need to follow up, however, Michelle called back in less than an hour explaining that they had some available. Shortly after that she sent estimates for the options. I very much appreciate how with every step Michelle was very knowledgeable, courteous, and respected me and my time. The following day, AJ called to get more information about the type of valve and the resin tank and was extremely good at providing instructions on how to determine the answers to the questions I didn't know. AJ delivered and installed the tank on Friday. The installation was done very well and efficiently. He went out of his way to answer any questions I had and gave a summary of steps in case I had concerns. When the work was completed he asked if there were any other questions. This installation and AJ's work couldn't have gone better and he like Michelle he is extremely knowledgeable, did A+ work and provided A+ service."
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Equipment warranties are important. Don't just choose a water softener based on the bottom line. We service all different makes and models and often we've found that the warranties really do reflect the quality of the equipment you are purchasing. Any equipment from a professional water dealer will have at minimum a 5-year equipment warranty.
