The decision to move my father home from assisted living moved fast and I spent much of the three intervening days preparing our home rather than packing his items up in his assisted living apartment. Graham's Moving not only arrived a bit early, but they worked quickly, efficiently, and respectfully. I used a smaller outfit previously with less per hour charge, but I found this a better choice because they had the dollies, wrap, and equipment that made the move much easier. In the end I didn't have to unpack dressers and filing cabinets. They also had superpack enormous boxes on dollies for loose items. That was a huge bonus for me since I hadn't finished packing. Scott, the owner, was great at answering questions and helpful over the phone. The men on the job site were friendly, kind, and worked hard. I highly recommend this company; they really delivered everything they promised.

Everything is hourly. It's explained up front no hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk to them. Answer questions they have. Be friendly and helpful to the needs they have. I am always fast to answer my phone and call back. You will deal with me and only me on the phone. Call the number I'll answer if not I'll call you right back.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my profession the only thing I need to do is stay in shape.
