Chris Armstrong is an excellent trainer. He is personable, skilled, thoughtful and pleasure to work with and talk to. He knows when and how to push you. Chris has been my personal trainer for more than 3 months and I have seen amazing results in that time. He understands my goals and helps me push past my perceived limits to get results. Chris places a high value on correct form with each exercise. I have incredible energy, my strength and stamina has increased immensely and I have increased my muscular strength. If you are serious about changing your life for better, Chris will lead you in every way.Feb 11, 2018Verified
I've achieved great results both from a weight loss and improved fitness perspective. I'm a middle aged guy and have had a bad back for years and Chris has been very sensitive to that and helped me strengthen my low back to the point where I hardly have any pain anymore. I'd highly recommend Chris to anyone. I even hooked my son up with some sessions.Oct 31, 2017Verified
Chris is very knowledgeable in his field of work. He is a great trainer and motivator. He encourage me to keep going every single time I feel like giving up. Training with him made me realize how important it is to stay active. After 2 weeks (2 times a week) into my training with Chris, I dropped 6 pounds and lost .25 inches off my waist line. I continue to notice changes in my body. The energy I have is incredible. I'm impressed.May 5, 2017Verified
