Introduction: Each client that works with me will tell you that I am a part of their life, not just a trainer that puts them through great workouts and sends them workouts to do. What I mean by that is that I will be there through the ups and the downs of changing your life and we will get to know each other. In doing so, I will be able to identify how to coach you through how to live a much happier and healthier lifestyle. Which is a huge reason I can get my clients such great results not just physically but mentally as well. A little bit about my business. I owned my own private warehouse-style personal training gym in South St. Paul for 3 years up until shutting down in March due to the Pandemic. I knew I couldn't survive through the shut down so I decided not to renew my lease. I then got a job in Carpentry just to get by. When the gym shutdown was over I decided to start my business back up. I am now renting space from an Anytime Fitness in Woodbury and each client will get a free membership as my client.

Steve is an exceptional trainer. I have back injury and was looking to gain muscle. He crafted a specific work out to not only build muscle but also strengthen my back without causing pain or discomfort. He takes the time to get to know you personally making it easier to work out and enjoy your sessions.

Excellent and knowledgeable training. Very well rounded and focusing on fundamentals including form and nutrition. A cut above other trainers.

Steve is a great trainer. He’s always supportive in helping me to reach my goals. He understands nutrition and will help with meal plans as well as planning workouts. I’ve been training with him for 2 1/2 years and will continue to do so.

Steve is hands down the best trainer I have ever worked with. He makes me feel so comfortable training with him. He goes above and beyond just training. He constantly checks in on me making sure I'm staying on top on my nutrition, meal prepping, gym etc. He sits with you and educates you on diet, customizes your workout so its specific to you and your body. Also he educates you on what you should be doing at the gym by yourself so you don't always NEED him which is really cool. Most trainers don't do that. He truly cares about your goals and pushes you to acheive them and see results. Both him and his gym are fantastic. I 100% recommend him to anyone looking to better themselves both physically and mentally.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is between $45-$70 per session. We can find something in your budget!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, we will schedule a time for you to come in to the gym to meet with me to talk about your goals and get to know each other better. During this time we will talk about your goals, exercise history, health concerns, injuries, etc. Next we will do a movement assessment to evaluate how efficient your body is moving and areas we need to improve, like knee pain or hip tightness. We need to make sure you are working out safely and effectively. At the end I will go over the phases of training and what to expect from me, as your health and fitness professional.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I have been certified since July 2014 and have worked in commercial gyms such as Lifetime Fitness and Xperience Fitness. After 2 years I decided to create my own business in March 2016. Currently working on my CEC (Corrective Exercise Certification) I have played football, baseball, hockey, and soccer my whole life through high school and played baseball in college.
