- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is in line with interior design services across the region. I feel myself & team bring a high level of expertise to all of the jobs we work on. The value is in the time Clients save by hiring us to design & impliment their vision. Our Client's leverage our knowledge & skills to create the home they have been dreaming about. You home is where your family creates memories- we appreciate the opportunity our Clients allow us to improve their lives & home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial contact is set up as a no cost 15-minute Discovery Call. During the call we are able to discuss the hopes and dreams of the clients & the project. If we both determine we are a good fit for the job we schedule an on-site job visit which is $300. This is when we give out our best information to our clients. From there we put together a Design Agreement and move forward with the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2004 I graduated from the Art Institutes International Minnesota in Minneapolis with a degree in interior design. Since then I have worked for Cambria, several cabinet shops & a high end design firm. My company has also worked with many clients on a variety of projects from consulting, remodeling to building new construction.
