Contacted RJ for help with a family member who needs to exercise, but also has some limiting health issues and RJ was more than happy to create a program that works for her. Throughout this unique process he was extremely patient, professional and responsive. She is starting her session this week and we will update this review after the program is complete!Jan 9, 2019Verified
I’ve been working steadily with trainers since 2005. RJ Bell is definitely one of the best I’ve worked with. He is very knowledgeable on nutrition which I feel is the most important piece in whole health. He’s very particular on correct form when exercising and lifting weights and makes sure I’m avoiding injury. I’ve always told trainers “Don’t waste your time and my money! I want a great workout and I want to be pushed.” I never have to worry about that with RJ. If you need a trainer, I hope you consider RJ. He is a great trainer. friend and worth your time and money!Oct 11, 2018
I met RJ over a year ago when I was looking for a personal trainer. RJ provided an expertise as a trainer I hadn't seen before. He understood my needs and goals in a fundamentally different way. As a survivor of sexual violence working with a trainer who understood trauma, would respect my personal space, and push me in healthy ways to address my mental blocks in reguard to nutrician and exercise was critical. RJ exceeded every expectation. I saw improvements quickly in my body but more importantly in my life. RJ is not only a great personal trainer but a great leader. Each session was filled with conversations around leadership, living my best life, encouraging entrepreneurial ideas and making action plans with attainable goals while encouraging big dreams. RJ provided encouraging, straight-forward, empowering and up to date leadership training. He believes in coming alongside clients to provide support and coaching in ways that are engaging, beneficial, challenging, and impactful to you or your groups particular needs. Meeting RJ has not only helped me increase my gains in the gym it has changed my habits, thoughts and abilities outside the gym. My leadership skills increased; and I was inspired to go after my goals and live my best life. I am so blessed to call him trainer, coach, and friend. Forever a client! Amanda CaseyMar 17, 2020
The goal for me in making changes in eating and exercising was to bring my blood pressure down to an acceptable range. For me, that goal was reached in 1 month due to RJ's coaching. Other benefits: I lost 7 lbs. and I am working some muscles that I otherwise would not be exercising. In otherwords, my level of fitness has improved. I no longer want to eat sugar products, even if everyone else is having them. This is because eating fresh food and lean meats and fish and only whole grains are so amazingly satisfying and tasty that I gladly turn away from gross sugar products! These changes are worth all the effort I have put into learning how to make them. I could not and did not do this on my own. RJ's coaching and program taught me how and is now teaching me how to maintain these good new habits for life!Sep 28, 2018
I work with professional athletes as a sport therapist and found that I was running on empty at the end of the day. I knew that I needed to make a change and knew I couldn't do it on my own. So I went to a local health club with a goal of having a personal trainer to ensure my success. During my tour, I noticed some trainers and thought to myself I don't want the Military looking one, he would be way to intense, after all I wasn't looking to become the Rock. Well guess what! That's who I ended up with. RJ turned out to be the best thing that could have happened to me. He put a life changing plan together that addressed my personality, physical needs and health conditions. As I look back over this life changing process I smile because anybody who knows me knows that exercise, fitness and healthy food isn't something that comes to mind when you think of me by any stretch of the imagination. I cant wait for the next transformation with Commander RJ at the helm. Peter F.Oct 12, 2018
