FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base pricing on each individual's needs and goals. There is no cookie cutter process. The first step is to come in and do a consultation so we can learn more about the person's needs, lifestyle, eating habits, obstacles and goals in more detail. We then give them our best 1-2 options based on the information they give us. Our pgrams generally run anywhere from $160/ month to $660/month. Depending on how much training and nutrition help each person needs. This is also vital to make sure we match them up with the best trainer for them based on their schedule and personality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to bring them in for a through fitness assessment and goal setting session with their trainer. That way the trainer can see where they need to work as well as get clear on their goals. That way they can develop a strategic training plan instead of just jumping in without learning about the client in more detail. We also schedule a new client orientation with our manager to help the client learn how everything works and all the perks and services we offer in addition to personal training and nutrition coaching.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold 3 nationally accredited certifications and a nutrition coaching certification. My staff all have at least 1 nationally accredited certification and some hold advanced certifications in addition to that as well. I have personally been in the fitness industry as a personal trainer for 24 years.
