Very professional! They gave me a quote for my house and, since I didn't have defined moving plans, they kept my file and got back to me in a timely fashion remembering my case! We manage single family homes for $100/mo and if you have 3 or more units it drops to $79 each. Multifamily Apartment Buildings range from 5-8% of the rental income based on the level of services requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We suggest a face-to-face meeting so we can tour your property and review our service offerings. You will find our agents have a wealth of knowledge with managing and caring for Single and Multi-Family properties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We started out as property owners, and still manage 30+ of our own income properties. Our entire management system was developed with an "owner mentality" and it contributes to everything we do.
