Tom and his associate Joe are at our house right now. They are detailed and thorough. Both are polite. They respect our home, take their shoes off when coming into the house, ask to use the bathroom, and communicate well about when they will be arriving and leaving. This is my first experience with a window cleaner. We bought a home that had been empty for some time, so the windows needed a lot of work. Many have varnish residue and other stains. These are craftsman-style windows with nine panes each -- tedious to clean. But Tom and Joe get into every nook and cranny and scrape off the gunk. I would recommend Tom's Window and Gutter Cleaning to everyone.

I'm very satisfied with the service provided by Tom's business. I had my house power washed and the windows cleaned. They did a great job and finished ahead of my completion date and within budget. He communicated very well regarding the scope of the work required, answered my questions and kept me informed with his timing. He arrived for the job when promised.

There are a lot of guys that watch a youtube video and start a business. I am not that person. We are not learning new things on your home. We know how to do the job and do it right!
