I love working with beginner yogis to learn the basics. It can be very intimidating to go to a yoga class for the first time. There are lots of different types of yoga and lots of different types of classes. I work with the beginners to teach the breathing and base poses to get them started and help them feel more comfortable going into a local class. I also work with larger yogis to feel more comfortable and learn modifications so they can get all the benefits from yoga.
Anyone can benefit from yoga, so I want everyone to try it a couple of times to see how it can work for them.
