I've never worked with a personal trainer before, and was a little weary, but Brandon has been incredible and instantly put me at ease. In the months we've been training together I've improved my diet (with Brandon's help), increased my strength, stamina and feel better about where I'm at physically. Brandon takes a genuine interest in your goals and sets a plan to help you achieve your fitness objective. As someone who is recovering from an accident, Brandon has tailored my workouts to help me push myself, but also takes my physical limitations into consideration. It's been a great experience so far. I'm looking forward to continually improving with Brandon's expert guidance. On top of all that, he's just a good dude. If you're thinking about working with a personal trainer do yourself a favor and message Brandon.
I really like working out with Lisa. She understands how to train and work with older women. Her nutrition and eating habits advise are spot on with helping me at 55 manage this stage of my life. My weight training routine is challenging but not overwhelming. She makes me strive to get stronger and healthier. I can not wait to see the results of our hard work in a few months. I highly recommend Lisa for anyone who is trying to manage the 50 something stage of their life. It's all about being healthy and happy. Empowered to feel strong and get out there to enjoy an active life.
John is very experienced and knowledgeable about training, exercise, and nutrition. He's very supportive and still can push you to obtain optimal benefits and results! The gym is well-equipped and very friendly! Great experience !
I have been training at Train Your Way Fitness for 2 1/2 months now between 2-3 times a week. I can visibly see changes in my body and my endurance. I have been training with Michelle Carlson and she has pushed my body to its limits which is something I was never able to do on my own. Michelle has always been on time with her session times and makes sure I get my full value out of my time with her. She even has created my own personal book so I can keep track of my progress and my health statistics. If you are looking for someone who is friendly and kind, but can push you when you're not giving 100%, I'd recommend Michelle!

I love working out with Aaron. He makes each of my training sessions challenging (& somehow fun) buy rewarding. I really enjoy the variety he puts into the sessions. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.
I learned of Jessica through my daughter and I couldn't understand why she loved personal training. I received a few sessions for Christmas and now have become an loyal client! I now see Jessica twice a week. One day for strength training and big sweaty workout, and a second day to learn and practice yoga. I have come to love having someone come to my house and having privacy while I learn yoga. I have never practiced yoga before, but love it now. (There is also no Yoga studio within 15 miles of me). I also do strength training and at at 62 I feel that I am in the best shape of my life. I wish I would have started weight training and yoga 30 years ago. My arthritis has improved, my endurance is way up, and people cannot believe I am 62.
Have been training with Jack from BA Fitness for several months now. He has been great! Very punctual to every session, flexible with schedules but most importantly the in home training has been spectacular. He has great knowledge base about personal training, uses data driven studies and techniques, knows how to reach physical limits. I have been extremely pleased with the progress so far and the experience with BA Fitness.

I've been training with Elisa for almost two years; I've had trainers before her but she was the one who really got me excited about attaining my goals. I'm finally seeing results and I look forward to my workouts with her even though she pushes me to work hard. Her schedule is flexible and she is very knowledgeable which makes my workouts fun and interesting. I would recommend her to anyone.
I have just started working with Will, but I feel like I've already learned so much. I went to him with a very weak knowledge base surrounding personal training and weight training. He initially asked a lot of questions to make sure that he understood what I was hoping to accomplish and then planned my training sessions around my goals. He has patiently answered my many questions and taking the time to to teach me the importance of physiology and proper form. I have only worked with him a few weeks, but I already feel that my mobility and strength have improved.
Highly recommended! Carl not only took my personal fitness goals into consideration but also took the time and effort to monitor and analyze my biomechanics to maximize every exercise while avoiding injury. After working with him a few times he customized a plan that I feel will allow me to reach my full potential. What truly sets him apart is his knowledge and passion - it is obvious that he has a strong background in physiology and stays up to date on new research and training methods, which I really appreciate, and goes above an beyond to get me out of my comfort zone and motivates me to be consistent with a healthy lifestyle in and out of the gym. My experience with Trenti Training was amazing. Working with Paul I lost over 30lbs. To this day still keeping it off. I learned so much from both Paul and Courtney at Trenti Training. I started training with Ashley and Christian about a year ago, which was one the greatest decisions I have ever made. They have guided me with what I should be eating so I get the results I want, they have encouraged me throughout all my workouts and pushed me to achieve a better and healthier me. One of the great things about training with Ashley and Christian is there are exercises that I was unable to do and they are able to modify it specifically for me. Their gym is 100% private so there is no judgment only encouragement.

While I’m still at the beginning of my fitness journey he has already helped me significantly by getting me motivated and resdy for what’s ahead. Giving me tips and tricks for days I don’t see him. We have been working on many mobility and strength training excersizes while mixing in some cardio. Every time I see him he’s ready with a new workout specifically for my wants and body shape. Very professional while still being friendly and open. Excited to keep working with him to meet my goals! Great trainer! Will post before and afters a little later down the line.
