What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing system is not typically complicated. The process usually works like this: I begin with a price for the task. If you schedule consecutive appointments the price goes down more depending on the frequency of cleanings. I can always be flexible as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always doing research on the latest organic and natural cleansers, and of course, essential oils.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get into the residential cleaning business because I have always loved cleaning. I tried out many hats and this is the one that has always stuck with me.
