Walt is very professional and prior to my first session we emailed back and forth abut what I was wanting, a mixture of deep tissue and Reiki. When I had my first session it felt like he personalized a session just for me. It was amazing!!! He is by far better than any chain massage and cheaper!

I got a Deep Tissue massage from Thomas. His technique is very good, very strong, helped quite a bit with my aches and soreness. Gotta love the BOGO deal for 1st timers! So yeah, I'm going again. Comfortable environment for a downtown locale, nice people.

I have looked for a consistently good massage for many years. I found it with Be Well. I always thought the deep tissue massage was best for my ailments, Missy has given me great insights to different types of massage that have helped my chronic pain as much as any medication. I travel a fair amount of time so the constant uncomfortable airplane seats, hotel beds, rental cars really take a toll on me; but, a great massage from Be Well Eagan and I'm feeling much better!

I have had several one-hour massage sessions with Jaeson. An athlete himself, he knew right away my aches and pains and how to treat them. I like a more firm, deep tissue-like massage, and he has been consistent with that each time. He always talks to me beforehand to see what I want to get out of my session and also makes sure to check in with me throughout the massage for a firmer or softer touch. Jaeson is very professional and a great guy to work with! Once I found him, I stopped looking for a masseuse. By far my favorite guy in the Twin Cities!

Incredible massage. John initially asked which areas I wanted special attention paid to, and he delivered both a relaxing and therapeutic massage. Will use again in the near future.

Karen is astute, insightful, and a terrific synthesizer of disparate comments. Her keen mind uncovered new areas for my growth - both mentally and physically. I know she can do the same for you!

I have been receiving therapeutic massage from Marnie for over 15 years. My three adult children also have a long history of seeing her for massage. Each of us is in a different place in our lives and Marnie makes intuitive, thoughtful and well educated choices as she treats each of us, from the actor to the CEO to the soldier. As a family, we trust her implicitly and rely on her as she guides us to better health and well-being.

About

Sally Rust Schroeder is certified in Asian bodywork therapy (ABT) from NCCAOM, and is a member of AOBTA. Acupressure does not use needles, but hands, and the energy meridians and points of the body. Sally does a combo of Asian styles of acupressure, Japanese-style massage, shiatsu, Chinese medical massage, and tui na. The clinic is in South Minneapolis, in the 48th and Chicago business district. Strong and gentle, she finds the aches and pains, and firmly relieves muscle tension through acupressure points, and moving qi and blood (enhancing circulation). Shiatsu and tui na are done through light comfortable clothing, and use no oils or scented products. Sally uses warm stones to enhance the relaxation of her bodywork. Come in, and melt the tension away!
