Jessica is an amazing trainer. When I began training with Jess almost 3 years ago I was a year out from having twins. I learned early on from Jess that that inches come off faster than the pounds. After 4 months I was down 10lbs and that didn't seem like a lot but I lost 27inches and went from a size 12 to a size 6. With monthly measurements you can see and feel that you are achieving a goal and that building muscle does not mean bulking up if done right! As time progressed and I built more muscle, literally one day the pounds just flew off (20+ lbs lost). I stated when we met that I would never be able to do a sit up. I have since blown that out of the water and run numerous 5k's, 10k's, and 3 half marathons! The last being Big Sur, my dream! I also had a very high and erratic heart rate. After 3 years my heart rate has improved and is 30-40 beats lower while running. I now understand the need for a personal trainer. She pushes me beyond what I would make myself do. However, Jess will also listen as I have chronic IT Band issues. She understands when I say that I need to back down on something (as I never back down). Jess is an amazing trainer who will teach you new things about yourself and introduce you to new workouts you may not think of (TRX, Yoga, Boxing, how to use paper plates in a workout if you don't have equipment). She is truly amazing and most importantly we work as a team to achieve goals together! It speaks volumes that now my mother has come to understand why I use a trainer. My mother has now taken up strength training and yoga with Jess at the age of 62!
It was great working with Karen the yoga instructor who made working out fun and tailored it to what ur level is. She was always on time and ready to get to work. The BA fitness was willing to work with my budget.
I got a Deep Tissue massage from Thomas. His technique is very good, very strong, helped quite a bit with my aches and soreness. Gotta love the BOGO deal for 1st timers! So yeah, I'm going again. Comfortable environment for a downtown locale, nice people.

My class with Nicole at NALA was the ideal setting for me. I was able to get the instruction and support I needed to enrich my yoga practice that I was not able to find in larger classes. I am inspired to continue to develop my yoga practice with these classes!
Katie was awesome! Not really being a believer in yoga prior to my session with her, she really opened my mind. I thought I was in pretty good shape, but apparently I was not in the best shape I could be in and that's what she can do for people. I would recommend her services to anyone who wants a professional and knowledgable person who is confident in her teachings.

My 14-year-old daughter, who is a beginner, and I recently took a class with Alex. Her attention to proper form and guidance on how to get into poses was very helpful. I've been practicing daily for a just a few months and following Alex suggestions I was able to get into Crow pose, which I had been struggling with. Give Alex a try. You won't regret it.

I took prenatal yoga, restorative yoga, and barre with Mary at different times. She is an amazing instructor! She incorporates essential oils, and does posture corrections. I feel like a different person when I walk out of her classes. She is an amazing light!
I would highly recommend Kristie for personal yoga instruction. I was nervous about getting back into yoga after a while and with a weird foot injury, but she was extremely patient and understanding. She started out asking about any injuries and made sure to point out the poses where I may want to adjust due to my foot. She was also great about giving a couple of different options when I felt like things were too hard or too easy, and she made hands on corrections without pushing me too far. She will definitely be able to adjust her flows to your needs and all levels!

I am a ERYT 500 Hr. Yoga instructor. I have specialized training in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga to Tone, Chair Yoga, Kids Yoga, Pranayama techniques, meditation, Mantra, Yantra, and Adaptive Yoga. I am also trained in reiki therapy. In addition I have been trained in Ayurveda and am able to assess and design a plan of action to help you work towards finding balance in all aspects of your being. I love teaching privates, small groups, and large groups. I also love designing special classes for specific occasions. For example, a full or new moon practice to do around the full or new moon. A practice for detoxification, one for fresh starts, heart practices and more.

I am currently a 200-hour-certified power vinyasa teacher and am working on my 500-hour certification. I teach a variety of vinyasa/flow classes and children's yoga classes as well. I am also CPR certified. My focus is to bring the benefits of yoga to everyone and to make yoga fun for all ages!
