FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have had the opportunity to study in Hawaii and abroad in South Sudan learning in depth about current action being taken against human trafficking, poverty, violence and war. I studied past examples in history and applying that knowledge to understand ways to respond to oppression across the nations and in my own community. My time abroad helped cultivate a deeper passion for justice and was combined with my passion for photography and storytelling. I came up back to Minneapolis and was contacted by a Photographer to help with her projects. I got the taste of the tool of the camera and decided to pursue it as a career.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently followed the University of Minnesota's Mens Gymnastic team for one month in an out of the gym. I have weddings booked most Saturday afternoons and evenings.
