- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service calls are $100 flat rate. This covers the trip and diagnostics charge. Service is then billed out at $50 an hr to complete the job if a replacement part is needed. The average job is billed out between $125-$225, depending on the manufacturer, age of appliance, and complexity of repair.

Introduction, gathering details about the service needed and setting up a first appointment based upon the customers schedule.

All of my education and training has been over the past 10 years in the field.
