After three long years and three different lawyers in an effort to divorce my husband, No so called reputable attorney was able to get me support. In my darkest moment with little to no money left, I was blessed to find Matt Gilbert. He was sympathetic, brilliant, and 100% ethical. Extremely sensitive to the rights of females. He got me through trial with excellent results! I refer to Matt as my Atticus Finch. I highly recommend Matt as your starting place. I can promise you, you will not regret it. His fees are fair and not padded. Matt is truly devoted to the spirit of his profession, not focused on his own financial gain.

Matt was a pleasure to work with. He did a great job communicating my rights in the divorce and put my mind at ease. In addition to being affordable, Matt was also transparent about the divorce process. I would highly recommend Gilbert Alden to anyone looking for representation.

Mr. Gilbert handled a nasty divorce matter with professional skills in negotion and diplomacyi never could have achieved in the 4 way meeting. Also his ability to keep the meeting from being a high stress arguement he handled it in a disarming way that resolved the matters at hand. I would highly recommend people to use his services and trust his abilities to represent and council them he has definate years of solid applicable experience.

Mr. Gilbert offers a free consultation which provides a convenient way to meet with an attorney and learn more about your legal rights. The first step is to file and serve a Summons and Petition. This starts the divorce proceeding. Approximately one month later, an Initial Case Management Conference ("ICMC") is scheduled. Additionally, thirty (30) days after the Summons and Petition is served, the responding party must serve an Answer.
