- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each client is provided a one hour free consultation prior to entering into a representation agreement with the firm. We represent clients on a contingency basis on personal injury and workers' compensation matters, and work on either a fixed fee or hourly basis on all other matters.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each client is provided the opportunity to meet with the lawyer who will work on their case, ask questions that pertain to the legal matter that they are facing, and be provided an initial opinion and fee quote for the legal services requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my law degree from Hamline University School of Law and recently was approved as a civil arbitrator by the American Arbitration Association. I have worked in the areas of personal injury, workers compensation, estate planning, family law and criminal defense for over 15 years.
