This is long overdue. My summer of 2014 was one of my most challenging ones lifewise. Lori was my bright spot and I really felt the most challenged than I ever had been at the gym. Everything was in play it seemed which was perfect for me. While i had to move back west... I am thankful for making the decision to visit ironworks. I know a lot more about what works for me. Oh... I would recommend bringing a few towels. Bath size. I wasn't pretty after my ironworks visit.

I absolutely love my workouts. I've only been working out with Lori for a short time but I am already starting to notice a difference in my strength and abilities. Lori is very patient and keeps the workouts fun. I don't get bored because each workout is different.

I have been a health club "member" for the past 20 years. Seven months ago, I was looking to step things up a bit and felt that the classes at my gym were becoming too mundane. That's when a friend of mine recommended going to a Boot Camp class at Iron Works. After that 1st class I was hooked! Lori is known for mixing things up, adding new and challenging fitness routines, and customizes workouts to meet the needs of all of her clients. The gym itself is spacious, clean, kid friendly and has a full spectrum of fitness equipment for all fitness levels. Over the past seven months I have taken personal training and boot camp classes from Lori. She is a fun, energetic, goal oriented and supportive instructor who continues to help push me so that I can reach my fitness goals. Lori Johnson and Iron Works is exactly what I was looking for.

I'm almost 69 and I have been working out with Lori for about 6 months. When I started, I could not do one push-up. Now I can do 45. I have gained strength and stamina. I go 3 times a week and every time is different. It's never boring and I get a great workout each time. I've tried working out at home, but I need the inspiration and drive that Lori gives me. I just love it !!!!

I have been working with Lori for several months. I have a back injury and was looking for someone who could help me workout safely and wanted to do so in a comfortable environment since I was new to working out. Lori has a new great facility - lots of space, get to work with a variety of equipment; she changes up the routine so each one is a little different and not using the same equipment for every workout. Lori customizes workouts for each person (there are 3 of us that work out at the same time). She is always positive, cheering me along the way- very supportive!

I've been working with Lori Johnson for over nine months now. Not only have I lost over 40 pounds but I am stronger, happier, and feel the best I ever have! Friends and family saw my transformation and now they are training with Lori as well! I have done both personal training and fitness boot camps with Lori. She makes each workout challenging and different! You are never bored and you leave knowing you didn’t just “go to the gym”, you accomplished something! Her privately owned gym, Iron Works, offers a variety of workout equipment, a place to change clothes and a lounge for the kids to hang out in while you work out. (or they can work out with you!) What I love about Iron Works (a private gym): - No wasting time hunting for a parking place in a packed lot - No overcrowded classes that you hope to get a spot in - Friendly & comfortable atmosphere - An instructor who is caring and knows you by name - No monthly membership fees! Whether you are looking for personal training or a group class (fitness boot camp) I would highly recommend Lori Johnson and Iron Works. I know I am hooked and plan to train with Lori for the foreseeable future. Bring a friend, your husband or wife and check out one of the many boot camps offered weekly! See you there!

I love wed and Sunday bootcamps. She kicks my butt but it is well worth the time and the price. I have a lot of fun with the boot camps groups everyone so friendly.
