- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prefer to do fixed bids, but have hourly rates too. Pricing varies depending on the nature of the work being performed. This is how we bring our level of expertise into the SMB world, at a rate that makes sense.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes- the types of certifications we hold for our field demand a certain amount of ongoing education each year, plus we're always acquiring additional certifications to broaden our range of expertise!
