Introduction: Hi I’m Jake! Looking for someone to help you with some home remodeling or renovations? I’m your man! My scope is wide and and getting wider everyday. Kitchen/bath remodels, door and window repair and replacement, plumbing of all sorts, light/some electrical, drywall repair, trim work, flooring, and more - My rates are $55/hr for small appts/tasks with 3hr/$165 minimums. larger projects are estimates negotiated between you and me. Toilet/faucet replacement $165-200 pending on health conditions of work environment . Anywhere over 25 mile distance one way will have an additional hour/$50 charge. Thank you! Update- rate increase of $5/hr on thumbtack jobs has been applied as thumbtack has raised their prices for leads on their contractors.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Due to some water issues a very expensive built-in (with a murphy bed) had to be removed. No one wanted to touch it for the re-install , not the closet company that initially installed or my longtime handyman. Jake came over to provide an estimate and was confident he could do it. And, within a few hours it re-installed exactly how Twin Cities Closets put in it two years ago. Jake is top notch!

Jake came to install my fandelier and replace my shower head. He went above and beyond and offer to ran to the store to get me a shower head because the one we purchased was not a good fit for our shower. He also hanged mirrors in 3 bathrooms. Very professional and clean job. I will sure use him for future projects and recommend him to anyone who need a good handyman
