I can’t say enough good things! I commend Schaun on his work quality, the pricing and value of services rendered, his professionalism both during scheduling and at time of service, his responsiveness, and his punctuality. Our rescue pup chewed a hole through our carpet and Schaun rescued our security deposit with his spot on repair! Schaun responded the same day I put in a request on Thumbtack and he was able to stop by just 3 days later. He assured me I was in good hands and he was right! He arrived on time and got the carpet repaired within 30 minutes! You can’t even tell there was damage. To say I am relieved is an understatement. Hopefully I won’t need carpet repair services again, but if I do, I will definitely be contacting Schaun. I highly recommend Schaun for any repairs. Thank you again!
