I'm may not be the cheapest but I stand by my work 100% and will do anything to make something right.

Well first thing would be to find out their issue. I would then work with them to find a solution that will take care of their needs. Take care of them and they will take care of you.

I've worked in the field for over 12 years and had the opportunity to work with some of the most knowledgeable and experienced techs in the field.
