The owner came out after 5:00 to help me with my air conditioner on one of the hottest days of the summer. He was so polite and very knowledgeable and had it back up and running in under 20 minutes. He could have charged for overtime and he didn’t. I would definitely recommend this company. It is family owned and the service is second to none.

Had a wonderful experience with Hinz heating and cooling. Tom was very professional and very personable. He informed me of everything that was wrong and the cost of all that needed to be fixed. He knew what he was talking about and had a very good rate that was unbeatable by any other company I called. I would highly recommend hinz heating and cooling. He knows anything from new install to any repairs. Very pleased with his work!

Well first thing would be to find out their issue. I would then work with them to find a solution that will take care of their needs. Take care of them and they will take care of you.

I've worked in the field for over 12 years and had the opportunity to work with some of the most knowledgeable and experienced techs in the field.
