    My computer was very slow and freezing up on me...and had been for some time. I am trying to decide if I want to move to a laptop instead of a desktop. I explained to Scott that I would like to get a few more months out of my current computer. He was very understanding (and patient with someone who doesn't know a lot about computers!!). The service was excellent...he essentially took everything off my computer and reinstalled. I particularly like the TeamViewer site he installed for me. I know I can always get help right from my computer. The turnaround time was excellent!!...I would recommend Scott to anyone needing computer repair/help!!

    A couple weeks ago some gremlin changed the format for my home page accessories such as the google search address bar and the location of the activity icons. I had tried for 2 weeks to recover the original format but to no avail. The broken format was harder to use and cost me time. You assigned Scott to my aid and for awhile it looked as tho I might have to settle for less than perfect. However, Scott's persistence and patience came thru and suddenly there was the home page complete with all the trimmings and functioning even better than before. It took just under 1 1/2 hours and I am one happy customer. He even recovered some tools that had gone missing. Great job !!

    The day I was having issues with my computer and network, I searched the Internet for a company that could come to my office to fix the issues. I was looking for someone that was dependable and cared about the problems that I was having as much as I did. I discovered this professional service level in Scott Favilla (Computer Rangers). He upgraded my equipment for me, fixed network issues and got my computer system to a level that I was never able to accomplish on my own. Since that first service, I have contacted Scott Favilla (Computer Rangers) again to provide similar service, but this time my computer had what I would consider major issues. Scott stayed with it and got the job done. It is extremely hard to locate a computer tech for a home or in office computer/network that can provide the service level that he has shown me. If you expect to have the job done and done well, then Scott Favilla (Computer Rangers) is exactly what you are looking for.

I tell potential clients to ask questions about the tech: How long have they being doing the trade, their credentials, certifications, etc

I'm a disabled veteran (Army); I've seen 35 states and 12 counties by the time I turned 22. I also teach college classes to students in the IT field
