Mr Peters is knowledgeable & was easy to talk with about the task (setting up Remote Access), had a software alternative (to allow for DSL Dynamic IP connection) , arrived on-site as arranged and worked it through to a success conclusion. He was very thorough.

A++ to John Peters for finding a ton of valuable data on a drive everyone else thought was gone forever. It was footage from an educational experiment in India, and it was irreplaceable. His first diagnostics showed nothing, then he pulled out some ancient voodoo magic (and a program no one else had thought of) and viola!
