Daniel De Leon did some work on my laptop that has been useless for me for the last year. He was able to get it back running how it's suppose to. He was very efficient and explained everything he was doing in terms that I could understand. He also made sure to give me info I would need if I want to do some more extensive things to the computer in the future and told me I could call if I have any further questions. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I am considerate person that aids some help for the people who really doesn't have enough budget for whatever they wanted to get fix. My pricing varies depending on the situations of the issue. And I charge mostly a little cheaper than others because of the techniques that i have to make the job easy and less consuming time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I greet them and ask how are they. who are they and what background do they have. And that's the simple and basic to get to know my new costumer. I need to converse with them so that I may personally know how will I start dealing with them and know what the words to be use so that i can make them understand about my explanations because some poeple who are not from Technical field doesn't really totally understand if the words to be use are Technical terminologies. I like explaining every single detail so that they may have the confidence to face the truth about the issues so that may find a way of whats the best to think of or to spend of: and catch their trust as well. After that process then go to the concern of what and which issue is currently facing so that I could definitely start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated as an IT and currently my job is training me as well so that I can expand my knowledge for a better understanding in technical field.
