- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is separated between the cost of the class and the cost of the card. Some people just want the class for their personal use and do not need the cost of the card included. We price per person to allow for last minute changes to the schedule. Our pricing stays low in that we don't believe in charging less for smaller groups and more for major companies just because they have the money to spend.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get the basic info and talk briefly to verify what your needs are. There are different offerings of first aid and CPR classes. We have been to many clients that were told their certification covers what they need to only find it does not when they get audited.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our trainers are active or have recently left the emergency services field. Our owners have been or are currently active in Police, Fire, EMS, or in the enforcement service. We are a Veteran and Woman owned company.
