- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can schedule on-site visits with both Business and Residential clients. We also have the Top Mac Repair shop in the area where we work on more in-depth Mac Hardware repairs and one to one personal training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have several Apple Certifications going back to Mac OS X 10.2 all the way to the current macOS 10.13. As well as Apple hardware certifications, ACMT. Our techs are trained and background checked. We have an on-going training program to keep our staff prepared to help you with all your Apple Technology, networking, WiFi, data recovery and business technology support.
