- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am affordable and flexible. I love to stay within a 10 mile radius of my service area but I am willing to travel further. If you are a client and refer a client, you both get free 30 minute walks!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to set up a meet and greet with them to me their animals and also them. They we discuss what exactly we are looking for and move forward from there. If it is dog sittings, I reach out every Sunday for a week schedule. If it’s Sitting I like to schedule up to 6 months in advance. Then I communicate via email, text and newsletter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a pet sitter certification that I passed!
