What you get, is what you get. He showed up on time, and was easy to work with. He brought an additional videographer and a drone, which was cool. He provided a short 5 minute highlight and an extended 15 minute video. Overall, he had some good quality shots and produced an okay video. Unfortunately, even though I provided contact information, he did not connect with my DJ to ensure that he was capturing good quality sound straight from the microphone. Before signing the contract, I did check with him to be sure that we'd be able to make adjustments in post-production. When I sent my request for updates, he initially responded (after I followed up) that they would work on it. I wanted the 5 minute video to be all inclusive of the day, so my notes were to remove some duplicative moments and include shots from the reception. The full length (15 minute video) initially included a few moments with blue bar and an error note across the screen so I asked for that to be remove. I also requested a few adjustments to the music that was overlayed. Based on the product I received, there were a number of important events that were listed on my checklist provided to him in advance and again on the day of, that were not captured. In the little communication I had with him post-wedding, he said he'd send another video that had everything from my check list, but I never received that. Unfortunately after trying to follow up with him several times over the last nearly 3 months, I do not get any responses now. I have come to accept that what I got is all that I will get. It's a shame because the short length video doesn't capture the entire day (that I'd want to share with guests) and the full length video has a big blue bar half way through so I don't want to share that either. I'd still love to hear from him to get an updated video, but I'm not hopeful for that anymore. I'd recommend if you choose him, go with a deposit up front, and pay for the final upon satisfaction of a completed project.

Hello Jennifer, I'll love to connect with you to rectify your concerns. From what I record before leaving the country due to family matters, We provided you a short cinematic video as well as you full version which was over a hour long with every single shot listed on your shot-list. I was in transition at that time for my move to Africa so I had two other people working with me that I was communicating with before i left. I made sure to have confirmation that everything was completed and sent to you before leaving shortly. If that wasn't the case , I'll love to give you anything you're missing as I shot and edited an amazing video for you, one of my best and favorite. We really went all out as you saw, a team of two, drone shot, 4k cinematic etc, we brought everything we would bring for our highest end package because we really connected with your genuinely and it became more then just the money, we wanted to impress you . We brought out our best audio equipment however your DJ had no idea where we would plug it, we asked him personally he had no idea and his equipment wasn't familiar to us. We then decided to use our wireless lapel mic, however the wind the your husband jacket was rubbing against it that render the audio a bit sub par, that we take full responsibility . As for the blue bar or error note, this is news to me as I dint see anything like that when editing . However though, I have all the file and finished video since, and we can connect and make sure you get the best work Thanks my number changed when i went back so i have a new number, lets connect via email and i'll reach out

DO NOT HIRE**** They will show up and once you have any sort of feedback they will stop responding. The last response was on May 27. I have messaged 7 times since. The last call I got May 27 was sorry, "I'm trying to be a better businessman and sometimes I get upset with client's feedback." They captured the content, and the audio was bad so all i asked was that they add music instead to the video since the audio was bad. This is a pretty basic request considering I needed the audio to match the video. Whatever response they leave here about not being able to respond... I waited 20 days before leaving this review to show that they have no intention of responding and they are dishonest.
