Our results with Lisa are fantastic. She maps out a fun and challenging nutrition and exercise path each week. We recommend Lisa to all of our friends.May 3, 2018Verified
Lisa is a joy to work with, she loves what she does and I can see that. I experience Lisa’s expertise, and her creativity. Her creativity shows in her knowledge of nutrition, as well as her skill in making working out more then just tolerable. I look forward to each session, curious about the skills I am learning.Apr 26, 2018Verified
A pro's pro. She is working with my 91 yr old dad. I can not imagine how it could be any better. She really knows her stuff...but more important knows people.Mar 22, 2018Verified
We liked Lisa’s approach to overall comprehensive health.Oct 21, 2017Verified
Lisa is clearly expert on the mechanics of the body as well as nutrition and the psychology of changing long held habits. She was adept at meeting me where I'm at. I have also appreciated her flexibility in scheduling since I sometimes do not know my work schedule until the week beforehand.Aug 27, 2017Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? It's not complicated. $110 for a single session. $99 per session when 10 sessions are purchased upfront. Suggestion: don't let price determine your trainer. Find the Trainer that fits you and train as often as your budget allows. Even if this means one session a month. It's all about the "fit".
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? After meeting for a consultation and completing all the paperwork I will strongly suggest a body composition test. People can be reluctant. They don’t want to see the numbers. But I say knowledge is power and power gets results. Besides, almost without exception the client that refuses regrets the choice because they have lost the chance to see the progress on paper and they have lost their true starting point marker. Next we dive right into nutrition modifications and an exercise program that is tailor made. It’s never one size fits all. Two people can have the same goals, similar bodies, same level of fitness and have polar opposite programs. As a trainer you have to dig really deep to gather the information that creates the path of least resistance for the client. Fitness/Wellness is as mental and emotional as it is physical. Wow. I really went long on that answer. What can I say, I love my job
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes, I spend about 4 hours a week with continuing education publications. All good certifications require continuing education credits in order to remain certified. I also just returned from the Idea World 4 day Conference in Anaheim California. I love learning and it is an exciting time to be in this industry.
